Every single day I have been suffering from breath difficulty for 3 years. After performing all tests from London and India finally doctors have given reports as Stress and Anxiety. I have been doing all the Yoga, Pranayama and has taken many sleeping pills prescribed by psychologists and the same doctor has given this link to cure.
Started this today and am waiting for the results to heal it very soon. Please pray for me. Thank you

I'm doing Surya namaskar for the two years around 4-5 times weekly or more without fail. But nothing helps me 😢
