In my flat, there is leakage from the concealed pipeline of the flat above mine. I informed the owner of the upper flat about the issue, and they have suggested splitting the repair costs 50/50. Due to this leakage, electrical shocks are being experienced in the wiring and walls. Additionally, the drinking water pipes are also being contaminated by this water leakage, and all the walls in my flat have been damaged. Kindly guide me on what actions to take.

Sir, apki problem ka solution ho gaya toh Hume b bataye, hamare yahan b yahi problem h aur hamare upar wala b hame yahi keh raha h hum nahi karenge chaho toh court case kar lo. Hum apni hi balcony use nahi kar pa rahe h.

Agar upper apartment waly cooperate na karain, is there any solution for resident of lower apartment for this seepage?
You can ask committee to intervention and if no then our assets damaged so do your self

Sir ji abhi recently mere new Flate me Uper wale ke bathroom se mere yaha pani Aa raha hai fir bhi Pani bandh nahi ho raha to Kya kare
If new flat ask builder to resctify or else the owner of top floor needs to do

If it is common terrace then Society will repair and individual part then you needs to repair.

Builder Is saying after completion of work Seepage of the new flat will stop should I buy such type of flat all the flats are showing seepage

Sir agar upar floor wala nahi theek karaye aur bole tumko jo karna hai kar lo main theek nahi karunga to kaha compliend kare
