Doesn’t matter if they are arguing or being romantic, they have so much chemistry either way. O’Neal and Parkins are both so good in portraying their characters.
Leslie just offered Chandler "enough money to see you half-way around the world" after only being back at the mill for a few months. If he has that much money to throw around, why can't he set up funds for his sons instead of insisting Martin Peyton do it?
No. Miss Steinberg was played by Naomi Stevens. She did make one appearance in a Peyton Place episode, but she was Mrs. Salizar in a season one episode airing in 1964.,
You can always check the IMDB (Internet Movie Database) to see if an actor or actress appeared in a movie in order to get a name and then check other projects they may have worked on.
democolor42 If there were a real (flesh & blood) Martin Peyton in my life, I'd just love it.....but it wouldn't have anything to do with the man's wealth. I get a charge out of his diabolical nature. He's actually my favorite character. Just love him! Rodney? "Bitten"? Can you explain? Thanks.
I mean that the fact that Betty is so pretty, does nor belong to him any more, his grandfather is spoiling her with all the luxury and attention irritates him, because it is obvious that he still likes her, but can not take her and that all circumstances kind of makes him to talk bitterly as a retaliation
Rodney strikes me as a free spirit. he'll grow out his hair, buy a Harley and take Sandy with him, and "get his motor running.........head out to the highway" and go to California.
Everyone is talking loudly about Rachel, about sending her away, how child-like she is, or how womanly, while Rachel is “upstairs” in a small house...she must have overheard it all. No wonder she distrusts everyone.
Wrong. Rachel is EMOTIONALLY IMMATURE and IRRATIONAL, given to fits of HYSTERIA, due to fact of being abused by a SOCIOPATHIC man, an "uncle" by marriage. She needs serious psychiatric care and psychotropic medications to help her overcome an agressive sexually provocative male figure in her earlier childhood.
@@malaikaal-amin2706 Rachel is disgusting, a liar, a sociopath herself and everyone is either in the hospital or in jail at this point and it's directly becuase of her.

Betty ‘s dress is beautiful!
Martin certainly knows his puppets.
"Isn't Rodney staying for lunch?"
Betty had to stifle that laugh!
🤣
You go Rod! 3 cheers!
I can't believe Dr. Rossi talked to Elliot that way; after all they did him a favor by bringing her into their house.

I’d say that Betty and Rodney know each other pretty well.
Yep. I loved the way Rod spoke up. Betty can dish it out, but can she take it? Rod let her have it both barrels.
People like Chandler and are so ignorant they don't even get it when people insult, shun and tell them to their faces what a waste they are.
He knows people find him disgusting and he uses it.
I had a friend who used to say," So and so is so ignorant, they don't even know they are ignorant."
Peyton thinking: She wants him. She wants him bad.
I love the love hate relationship between Rodney and Betty 😂
"I hate him, and he hates me"; please Betty!! Martin knows that's not true.
Why do they keep saying Catherine wore that necklace in her portrait? She was wearing pearls, not a pendant.
That's what I thought she was wearing also.
They are both nuts!
Martin master manipulator...amused at his trickery
you are a "professional" good guy,
she defined him right
Can’t believe Rodney’s words!
Right ..... Then he turns around and tells Betty how beautiful she is at Steven's birthday party. 😂
Hey Betty - Love and hate are 2 sides of the same coin. And to Martin Peyton, hate is the same as love. Not so smart, are you Betty.
Exactly. The opposite of love isn’t hate, it’s indifference.
What color is that refrigerator?
Is Leslie's secretary "Miss Steinberg" from Valley of the Dolls? I have a feeling she is.
No. Miss Steinberg was played by Naomi Stevens. She did make one appearance in a Peyton Place episode, but she was Mrs. Salizar in a season one episode airing in 1964.,
@@robertgold3868 Wow thank you for answering that. I don't remember the character of Mrs. Salizar. :)
@@dawndittmar7751 She was a very minor character in only one episode.

What I would not give if I met someone like Mr Payton in my life
I think Rod got bitten

Betty has always been ambitious.. climb that ladder by marriage

I want Rod with Rachel
All these smokers never have an ash tray.
I actually saw many smokers tap their ashes into their cupped hands back in the day! But most homes had ash trays available.
When they light a smoke with a match, they just throw it on the floor.
