Bob Berg! One of the best Tenor Players after Coltrane. He is truly among the greatest, with Michael Brecker, Joshua Redman and Chris Potter - so underrated too, but his Music speaks for itself !
I think it would be better than everyone if he was still alive, it was incredible how he played, just analyzing his solos indicates that he was above the others. They are songs made by him and he was already playing with the best at that time, not like that Mike, who was only with the breckers brothers

I think that Bob Berg was above Michael, Joshua, Porter, etc...it's a matter of analyzing his solos and his songs, besides who he was playing with back then, years later Mike started playing with Stern, Dennis, Corea, Gad, etc... I think if he was alive today, he would be the best of all.
