I think this Kenya dude should just keep his ego a little bit controlled and not try to match everything Andrew is lifting. Andrew is just so much bigger. He is naturally going to lift heavier. You should just focus more on the weight that you can still control and do proper execution. Matching Andrew's lifts will just get you injured.

When you watch AJ so much you notice subtle differences. Example: no pull ups to start. :)
In many of his back workout he does start with pull ups as the first exercise. He switched that up and hasn't been doing them lately.

Andrew - I appreciate all the videos, but the main thing I think some of us want to know is where you are in your prep for the Arnold? We don't see you working with Chris Lewis anymore. So really hoping that whatever the plan is, you are going to come in super sharp and full with better posing and hitting the shots much better!

Kenya is super strong but lacks muscle mass. Goes to show you it not al about heavy weight.
You realize Andrew walks around at over 300lbs right? Kenya is probably 230-240lbs. That's pretty big especially at his height.
