it looks delicious.and is it necessary to put that much of oil?please make foods with less oil.and what happens if we boil that starch extracted from that dough instead of steaming?thank you
You can also reduce the amount of oil if you wish. This is actually a chinese food (liangpi) and chinese people use lots of oil in their sauces. Traditionally they use it because oil prevents the sauce from getting bad in shorter period of time. I have not tried it boiling 😊 Please try it by yourself. I guess it works. 😊

No it doesnt its the starch that makes stomach upset it should be completely gluten free
