Had one for a few days. Pretty good pedal with almost perfect switching options. Don’t know if it’s supposed to be Klon-ish but the Lucydreamer sounded exactly like my Tumnus DLX in a few settings. I wanted to save space and power supply but the JHS Bonsai and Tumnus won. But if I didn’t have them already it would be the Doubledreamer as it costs almost the same as the Bonsai alone. Great pedal! 👍🏻

Henning, can I recommend a speaker, if you ever fancy a change; the Fane A-60 is a seriously great driver. Really rounded but defined bottom end, a meaty mid-range and sweet highs. Even in an old Marshall 1912 it sounds absolutely stellar.

Thanks for the demo. I’m just learning this brand of pedals, I want a good tube screamer type pedal and a good tremolo pedal.
Would the Double Dreamer and the Harmonious Monk be good choices in your opinion? I like that they are true bypass but how is the noise? One of the things that made me get rid of my Strymon Flint was the tremolo added noise to my signal. I don’t mind noise at all, I play fuzz and a rat 2 without a noise gate. But something about that Strymon trem threw off my whole setup. I Guess I just don’t like the “Strymon” sound taking over my entire sound.

So there isn’t really a way to turn both sides on or off at the same time without utilizing a switched of some kind? That’s a bit of a bummer. Say I’m playing clean and I’ve worked out a great lead tone using both sides of this pedal. I would just have to click on one side right after the other in order to engage both of them. That’s rather cumbersome if you ask me
