I've broken my knee with just a kick while shuffling... It was pain for some time before that kick but that was not a big problem. so after a knee damaging I didn't go to the doctor for more than a year but pain still was there. After a visit to doctor recovering took for eight month. What I whant to say? The caution in dancing and doctors are good things ahah!! )))
Amelie Lens. Good taste , Belgian off course 😁. Sorry to hear about your bad experience. I had the same with snowboarding one day , and my knee never got the same after that. Anyway don’t do that again instead do a live mix 🤪
BigMilan sorry I might have been a bit harsh. It doesn’t hurt anymore after all those years , It’s solid again ! but I don’t trust my knee when I jump up over obstacles , and I am way more careful . That’s the biggest change. The accident happened I think must’ve been around the year 2005 or so. Wish I had the self confidence again I had back in those days. Maybe it’s due to the age also ? I’m 46 now 🤣
Silvialain yea i know what you mean. Well, it’s been a week or so since that happened and i can feel it getting better rapidly. Literally every single day it’s noticeably better. The soreness is subsiding to the point that it’s only noticeable right now when i try to bring my heel right back to my butt. So it’s basically not a problem any more. I’ll stay away from dancing for another week or so just to be safe. I think i’m lucky that it jumped out just due to (i guess) the centrifugal force and not an impact
Fuck man. That sounds brutal. I quite often hurt my feet/toes/ankle with glides and moonwalk.
