Where is the + one to go? I have no problem knitting the 1 st row but by the time I started row 2 the stitches does not fit. Why do you yo over twice at times and some times only once? Please help . Thanks
Thank you for doing this - I have some lace-weight alpaca but it is too thin to be warm enough for me (I started a scarf but I swear I feel the need to dress up like an Eskimo), so I tore it out. Instead I am knitting a two ply using the alpaca and adding a lace-weight mohair yarn to it. Wish me luck! I am doing your pattern, so thanks again!
Really having a lot of trouble with row 15. I have counted it multiple times. I have stitch markers separating every fifteen stitches. The problem is that I run out of stitches too soon. The final CDD on row fifteen requires that you slip two stitches and knit into the third stitch. However, the stitches that are slipped are stitches number fourteen and fifteen. It's on the sixteenth stitch you would have to knit so you can clip the other two over. I really could use some help here. It doesn't add up like the other rows.
Hi, BlackSeranna, first, make sure there are a multiple of 14 stitches plus 1 stitch on row 14 (in the video demo I am having 29 sts). On row 15, Ssk, then repeat stitches between ( ) multiple times, the last two stitches are k2tog instead of cdd. In my demo, ssk, p2, k3, yo, k1, yo, k3, p2, cdd, p2, k3, yo, k1, yo, k3, p2, k2tog. I've noticed that you are separating every 15 sts with stitch markers (instead of every 14 sts), make sure your cast on numbers are right. The correct number should be 29 sts (14*2+1), or 43 sts, or 57 sts, or 71 sts...

Really lovely pattern. You make knitting look so peaceful and relaxing. :)
Thanks, Wilson Street, for your kind support :)
It looks a bit different to the lace leaf on your website…i think that one doesn’t have the purl in between the leaves?
Can you kindly teach us how to knit mittens with this lovely pattern ? Thanks
If I knit in round do I skip the plus one? Thanks
Good. Morning mam. Thank you super very very nice
Lovely mam 💞
I'd like to know how I have exactly the right amount of stitches at the end of a row, then the next have to many
Very good mam
Hi there, what type of yarn would you advise for this pattern?
Ok got it
❤
Thanks
Thanks u much! How to knit round in the neck?
(Don’t mind this, just for me to be able to wind back)
Row 10 5:03
think its row 6 again
I know this is an old video but can you explain what the first two numbers after 'row' mean? for example it says Row 4, 12. What does the 12 mean?
I think it means number of stitches on that row. Or a typo
It means row #4, row # 12 .
@@alanar5788 row 12 do row 4
thankyou😍

@@knitwisegirl530 Okay, thanks! I will try it later on today when I get a chance! Thanks for being so quick to get back to me!
That makes so much more sense, thank you! I was really struggling with Row 15, so I'm glad for the clarification!

Love this! I didn't see the chart on your website, is there some place I can purchase or download it? :)
Hi Tracy, you can find the chart for this pattern on my website via bit.ly/laceleaves
It is not possible to follow unless a pattern would be shown on the top of your window.
You skipped rows 12 & 14. Can you tell me what they are?
Row 12 is the same as row 4: (P3, k2, p5, k2, p2) rep to last st, p1. Row 14 is the same as row 2: (P2, k2, p7, k2, p1) rep to last st, p1
Is row 10 same as row 6?
@@craftartistry4386 yes
@@luiysia Thanks
Hello there is not row 10,11y 14 gracias
Row 10 is same as row 6.
Row 11 is shown.
Row 12 is same as row 4.
Row 14 is same as row 2.
What does cdd stand for??? Knowing this would help with conceptual understanding of the stitch. Thanks.
CDD stands for Centered Double Decrease
Where is row 10? 😊
Row 6 and 20 are same..please check😊
@@Knitjewel thank you ❤
where is row 10
think its row 6
Ek saal ke beby ka sweter bataiye zaroor bataiye
Strangely how ppl are doing it row10 is missing so obviously the rows coming after won't work unless row10 is all same purl.
Hi Sonia, row10 is the same as row 6, (p4, k2, p3, k2, p3) repeat to last stitch, then p1
@@knitwisegirl530 lovely to answer do appreciate so will try that on a hair band today will post pic if I can. Cheers & thx

Hi Raisa, row 15 is : Ssk, (p2, k3, yo, k1, yo, k3, p2, cdd) rep to last st, k2tog. The last two stitches are k2tog instead of cdd.
