    Tintás Tunyacsáp: Inky Sluggish-tentacle.
    "Pilla" means something like "quick" or "light". „Pillanat”: moment, „pillantás”: glance, „pillangó”: butterfly (the Papilionidae family). „Szempilla” (eyelashes) comes from the fast movement and it's a light thing. So Törpilla's name comes from those words. Smurf+she is a girl, a light being. :D
    Okoska: Smart-ass. :D
    Ügyifogyi: „Ügyefogyott” with some... easing. So the should be less pejorative. „Ügy”: case or thing. „Ügyes” means he can do things, he's handy. „Fogy” means wane or running out. „fogyott” is past time, so his name means he is not handy. :D

    Csigusz is the nickname of the hungarian word: csiga, which means snail, so basically, he's call snaily, who was also a character in the show

    Had to laugh at the translation for Smurfette, as she is a bit of a strumpet.
