I appreciate the drill, Brother. Definitely going to go out and practice this one today. Just want to thank all you guys over at Kali Center for helping with training and thereby adding new techniques to my repertoire. You've definitely helped me become a more versatile Martial Artist. I look forward to learning more from you.

Hello Paul, I hope you and your staff are doing well. Is this Bo Staff drill taken from any particular style of Kali? It's a bit different from the doulble end staff forms I've seen you perform. Some nice power shots!

How do you choose a staff length? I'm about 5' 5.5", and have some staff experience from Tang Soo Do, but that looks to be a lot longer than my staff.
It looks like great physical therapy for the shoulders with a slightly heavier staff and the greater variety of motions in Kali. Looking forward to trying it! Thanks for the great videos!

Great instruction, Paul! That looks like it would be a serious cardio workout as well. Am I wrong?

Sure !! Just as I out of beating myself more than my opponent you come up with more moves that are short of self abuse!! Just kidding another great video and I trying to do about 4 to 5 technes each work out and I am trying for every day but its ending up to be 4 to 5 days a week! I need time for my wounds to heal!! ; )
