Get some plaster Paris and mix it to paint consistency or a hair thicker the using a 1” paint brush filling the holes plus you can use it to texture the finish.

Thanks for the tip. I was trying to remember other materials I have used in the past for art projects. I think that would work great. 👍🏻

Use spay paint and while it’s wet put sand on it
Good Idea, I’ll try that on one of the mini models. And then do the 2nd glue application after.

Just yesterday was showing it and I was able to lift the side on my own... I'd imagine 100 poundish?
