Happy Easter and thanks for a great vid again! When I saw that DTD146 in the box I expected a faulty trigger, but wrong guess.
A sidenote for the DHR242; that plastic cap got a modification 451533-2 got replaced by 455393-4.
They made it all round and removed the square plastic bits inside to prevent it from jamming.
Just make sure to remove the rubber sleeve on that cap on reassemby and only use the metal steel ring else it won't work.

They can run without the lead, but they can start and stop sometimes. Also it can cause them to produce unwanted extra heat. Safer to replace

What is the grease he uses for the inside of the drills and rotary hammers I recently topped up one of my tools, and the only thing I could find was automotive grease lithium and it is flowing out of the drill when it gets hot

I have a question Dean. I have an old circular saw that needs brushes, but they are discontinued. I've looked everywhere, and cant find suitable replacements. The trouble is, the deisgn of the brushes isn't standard. As far as i know, they will fit this saw, and only this saw. Any suggestions?
