I wonder what purpose does Taurine serve in Energy drinks, because it seems like it's a standard ingredient for every energy drinks there is. I was introduced to Taurine by a friend of mine, he told me it is harvested from "bull's sperm" and it's the reason we get so much energy from energy drinks. Personally I don't know how accurate this is, but I'm glad he introduced me to the compound Taurine.
