- Hastings 1001 on the Chiltern Main Line with The Neasden Nonsense.
We see the narrow bodied DEMU at Denham Golf Club, Gerrards Cross Siding and West Ruislip.
Also seen is Chiltern Railways Mark 3 DVT No. 82309 & 68010 Oxford Flyer along with some Class 165 Chiltern Turbos.

Good video, Henry! The sound of the old Diesel units is great.
Thank you very much! I love the thumper sound!
Nice one Henry, good to see a green train on the tracks again.
Thank you very much!
Great sound from those engines.
Thank you for watching! They do sound great!
Great video, henry!
Thank you!
Great video - Superb Unit!! (Surprised that you almost had W. Ruislip to yourself!)
Thank you! Yes, I was surprised to not see more people. Same with Denham Golf Club.
@@HenrysAdventures 😀😃😄
I’d love to see this unit but doubt it will get to Manchester. However great filming fella I appreciate seeing her!!! Paul
Thank you for watching! I understand they have plans to go to Derby later in the year. I know that's still some way from Manchester but it's a bit closer.
Nonsense indeed! I lost count of the number of times 1001 traversed the route between West Ealing and Greenford J. And rounding things off with a circle tour from West Ruislip to West Ruislip. Total nonsense, but I'll wager that those on board loved every minute of it.
Thank you for watching! The best kind of nonsense!
Thanks Henry. I was on that tour. I think we went West Ealing to West Ruislip and vice versa 6 times. The tour should have been called Ruislip Nonsense as we went to Neasden only once taking the long curve from the Chiltern Line to the Dudding Hill Line to get us to Acton Main Line and back to West Ealing. We had been scheduled to go on to the HS2 site but that did not happen so we went on to the LUL siding.
@@davidgrainger5378 You're welcome! Thank you for watching! Shame you didn't go on to the HS2 site but it was certainly an interesting itinerary.

Any one know why they added the extra power car please.Nice film, lovely unit still going strong.Thanks.
Thank you for watching! I think just because the can. No passengers were carried in the extra power car as there's no access to the rest of the train.
@@HenrysAdventures hi Henry,thank tou for the answer.Cheers.
3:45 the headcode was 5H27 not 1H27 cause it ran ECS from risborough due to a fault
Thank you for watching!
So if the train came from Tonbridge, did it run via cricklewood dudding Hill junction Neasden chiltern line to aylesbury, just wondered, enjoyed the video
Thank you for watching! I did the route you said on your second comment.
It’s somewhat caliming listening to birds and trains 😊
@@Trond_travels Thank you for watching! Lovely sounds! :)
Just thought, Kensington olympia willesden, Neasden chiltern aylesbury route
That's right.
We went Kensington GWR mainline to West Ealing. We just went to Neasden once taking the long curve from Chiltern Line to Dudding Hill Line to get to Acton Main Line and back to West Ealing.
