This game always reminds me of Flashback, in that the protagonists' clothes are the same and this character's name is Quinn Hart, while in Flashback the character's name is Conrad Hart. Even the two game boxes look quite similar.
I maintain this game was criminally overlooked when it came out. It basically tried to do a bit of everything like Bayou Billy did but was far more balanced (more akin to Mad City in that aspect).

A serious contender for best NES game ever, even considering the fantatic NES library.

i never know this game.. looks cool though.. it have racing game, side scroller, and fps all in one game..
Knew about it for many years but never played it. One of my regrets when I used to have the NES as a kid.
Reminds me of ninja Gaiden.
