I couldn't understand anything being said but I really enjoyed this video. What an airport. The surrounding land is as beautiful as it is dangerous. I like the music too. Great video.
This is Talcha Airport, one of the remote airport of mughu district of Nepal, the whole flight was from Nepalgung to Mughu distric .The word Talcha in nepali language = Lock
If Nepal could purchase aircrafts that can fly like 18000 feet then could be even better for both the passenger and pilot to stay safe.Also, there is a need of even longer runway,remove few hills. Then should be a big relief
No radar, and maybe no ILS, no IFR, no VOR. Certainly only a radio station to control the traffic arrival and departure. The pilots flying in this area are a great professional in command of stol aircrafts.
