I show you how to get your TikTok Stream key so you can use OBS to stream to TikTok. Then I show you how to setup OBS and Prism to stream in Portrait. Finally I show you a cool new tool that will allow you to stream in Portrait to TikTok and Landscape to UA-cam or Twitch at the same time with OBS!

I have been streaming on TikTok for almost a year now and there is no "PC or console" option. Instead it just reads "Live Studio" which takes you to a download link to install Live Studio on your PC.
So getting your stream key and setting everything up is not as easy as promissed in this video.

It disapeared a new weeks ago i think,,,, I can no longer stream from OBS, I have to use the badly optimised TIKTOK live studio.

I have 35,000 followers and millions of views on TikTok, and I have never had the ability to get a stream key. Like others have said, it just offers me the opportunity to download Live Studio, which won't run on any of my Macs.
Hey Michael. Great video! Sadly though, it is not the case that 1,000 followers gets you access to a stream key. TikTok seems to be severely limiting them and to make it worse, they have no help articles to explain it. As for companies/agencies that give you access, I believe most will require you to stream a certain amount of hours and will make money by taking a cut from gifts (money) but this cut comes from TikTok's side not the streamers side.
Messaging TikTok on Twitter, through app etc does not help. I know this because I've talked to hundreds of other people trying to get keys.

If you meet the requirements message TikTok on Twitter. Instagram does not give access to its stream key yet.

i think the section for pc or device only for the US client. i dont have that section im in malaysia and i got 2k followers
The Plugin prevents me from streaming to Twitch. Do I have to have the stream info setup in Vertical to go live?

Please take this video down -- The steps you outlined do not work. Your other videos are great -- but this is almost as bad as clickbait -- I know it's not your fault TikTok doesnt give ALL users stream keys, even those that are regular tiktok users and have 16.4k followers. Do I have to pay hommage to the Illuminati or something?

Seems TikTok is gate keeping... I have over 1600 and have streamed before but no where can I find or scroll over to the option for pc or game streaming... what can I do?

Something is wrong since Tiktok published his own tiktok live studio, people ar'nt allowed to get stream key etc... the screen you showing doesn't exist anymore i think. Thanks for the video !
The video isn’t old. The screen does exist. When you get the access. If you meet the requirements message TikTok on Twitter and ask about it.

IMHO maybe take down this video - I cannot get a stream key and it doesn't look like people in the comment section can either. I just found this video and spent a half an hour wasting my time. I understand your intent, but the people who have stream key access seems to be a teeny tiny group of people. So it goes.

I have a TikTok account with 4000 followers but cannot find the stream key. I have an iOS device and Mac computer. Is it necessary for me to sign on with an android phone or PC to retrieve the stream key information?

I mean this video is right 99% sure! is that 1 % that makes it all wrong, we do not have PC or console, with all requirments etc, the dms are closed down and this video is automatically dated. I litterally found 2 people over 60 that that worked in the comment, sad as I genuinely love your content usually.

thanks for the video, however, there's no option for pc or console streaming. There is Live Studio and you need 10k followers to get access.
They may have just changed it. You only need the stream key and there is a way to get it I’m sure.

I don't have much problem using the tiktok Live Studio application but the problem is that when I play any video game it gives me lag and but when I disconnect the tiktok Live Studio application I can play normally I stream on other platforms at the same time using PRISM Live Studio

The PC tab to get the stream keys is missing from my phone. We have about 1500 followers, so are you sure that you can use OBS with this many followers? I can go live using my mobile only, but that sucks since I have to just video that scree which doesnt work very well in mobile format since I have a long 32" monitor.

Vertical option is a plugin by aitum that will allow a separate vertical dock.

Love your videos, Michael. Quality production, informative and good humor. Sadly, though, TikTok are still being grinches when it comes to stream keys. I've had over 1k followers for over a year and still no key. They're trying to push their Live Studio on my account it seems. Not sure why they feel the need to reinvent the wheel, but here we are.
