it's an excellent swing; but, you have got to laugh at the nonsense that swing coaches come out with. when a batter is looking at the thrower the position of their head prevents them them swinging back as freely. so, they move their foot back to compensate. batters are not able to activate the left side of the right leg; but, golfers are. when a player lowers their position, after looking up at the target, at address, they able able to activate down the left side of their leg. this actually enables them to lower their position without allowing their knees to sag. and, it draws the hip back, allowing a player to swing back on the inside and turn freely. no need for all that strictly come dancing nonsense.
