I fished the mouth of the Jourdan River area yesterday. Couldn’t believe how dirty the water is in the Bay. One small trout, but I caught it on a HoodWink from Southern Salt.
Tommy, you and Rosco make me wish I lived a lot closer to the coast so I could chase them specks and reds more often! Two and 1/2 hour drive one way is a killer, but I have a blast when I do get to go! Thanks for the video! Helps me keep my sanity !
Tell me about it. I drive 4 hrs (one way) from Vicksburg. I just got back from a trip yesterday. Fishing in Bay St. Louis sucked but my Express 20' Bay can't take any waves so I couldn't try the islands.
@@NukeStrong oh man I hear ya, I have the same problem with the waves. I drive to Vicksburg to fish to, seems like I’m about two hours or more to everywhere I like to go. I hope you future trips are full of fish and fun!
If you’re asking the size and limit, if you leave from Mississippi and go to Louisiana, you can catch their size and their limit but you gotta come straight back to the launch you can’t stop and Fishing Mississippi and Louisiana’s limit and size is 15 trout and 13 inch length up to 20 inches. Only 2 over 20 inches. The new redfish regulation is for redfish nothing over 27 inches minimum size I think is 18
It’s a crazy law but. It’s the law. Come in with La fish without stopping until the launch and you are legal in Ms If you stop and fish in Ms waters and WLF MS checks you then you would get ticketed

@@richardspindel8448Reds in Louisiana are still 16-27 w 1 over. NOI is 18-27” w none over. It’s not law yet.
