I would put the 2nd floor balcony on the other side. And lose the porch. I would also extend the balcony across the entire width of the house. I would also make the patio in the back one level.

Hi sir. Depende po sa Soil bearing capacity ng lupa sir. Commonly 1.5 to 2ms po kalalim pag 2 storey. Better hire and engineer sir para makasigurado kayu
