I love that you even had Yannic saying, "This was amazing."
This was honestly impressive. I mean, it's not just "I hid some super specific noclip block" cheese. The man figured out how to build a pressure plate and make logic in the game.
Dapper is getting more and more dangerously creative.
I'm liking where this is all headed. >:D
>:|
@Samrat Aditya Keshari Parida I laughed out loud when he told Yannic to give him digital logic to build with; he's gonna make an 8-bit password system for them to crack in binary, destroying these guys every week.
🧀
This is probably dapper's best track yet. Not only is the shortcut really clever and innovative, but the rock falls in the tunnel look really cool and fit the theme of the map really well, and the map itself has a really nice theme. I love that he took the time to decorate that rock wall in the second shortcut. In general I think this is just a fantastic map.
Also I think it's really cool that the second rock fall is so close to the shortcut so you get to see the rocks fall there and it explains how the first shortcut worked too.
And don't forget the literal cheese on the second rock fall 7:25
@@Thepopmario I overlooked that! Nice little detail there.
Definitely one of the best tacks.
This is some next level logic alright. It might've bugged once for me, but need to check the recording for that.
Just brilliant 👏👏👏
Thank you!!

Adding logic mechanisms when a game isn't supposed to have it, is my favorite things to happen in games. Always a mindscrew for the devs when they find out.
That is an insane use of the map editor. I am also a fan of including footage showing a complete run of the cheese. There have been other videos where I've wished the full cheese had been displayed. It's fun to see the full extent of what you've created.
The most impressive things about this analog logic gate is that the game doesn't have deterministic physics. That means if the mechanism is not entirely jankproof, it has a very high chance to fail. This mechanism still isn't entirely perfect in that regard, but it has a very low rate of failure, which isn't easy to do.
Agreed
Dapper has the most fun tracks. Everyone is always so hype to find the "cheese" because they know it is there. Gives a chance to the less experienced players to place a good time and see themselves on the leaderboard for a change, and that means something to a lot of folks as you can see from other videos.
The salt was strong on this one 🤣 Super cool contraption tho! I wonder if you could do a similar thing to "unlock" a pressure plate that drops into a secret tunnel
09:08 - "I'm flying right now, how that works?" - and that was the DEV saying... 🤣🤣🤣🤣
That's not what he said tho?
I'm looking at the thing right now, how its working.
I think Yannic is gonna be adding logic gates into the game now just to see what they can be done with.
This was you best most innovated short cut yet! I think you impressed the whole community with this one! Your tracks are always my favorite, can't wait to see what you come up with next! ^.^
I guarantee that kan's next video is going to be some form of "you need to step on these switches in the correct pattern to clear the exit"
That's absolutely insane! Logic in Zeepkist?! That's genuinely impressive.
Yo this is actually genius. This brings back those easter eggs in old games into zeepkist.
Clever - this is like when people figured out how to make and/or gate out of Redstone in Minecraft, then make them.into a computer.
Except that the purpose of redstone was to represent binary logic in the first place. What dapper has done here is create a trigger system from building blocks that were not meant for this purpose.
@@TijmenZwaan Some of the best minecraft redstone mechanics were not intended.
@Tijmen Zwaan I was talking about the event of discovery. Dapper came up with something unexpected, much like the first Redstone computer.
@@kellingc I get what you mean, I just don't agree that redstone computers were unexpected. People making computers in a game that has built-in logic gates is kind of the expected result.
FYI, I made my own 8-bit computer in minecraft back in 2011 as a form of practice, while I was doing some of my first classes in my computer science bachelor.
I'm saying that what dapper has done is more impressive, since he's actually using the building blocks in a way that they were not intended to be used.
This was such a great cheese! I'm so impressed with how it works!! As I said at the end, this is some redstone level stuff, well done my dude!
Wow! Impressive engineering Dapper.
That was awesome.
Loved the explaining of how it worked and the talking of other game dev/programming things (like the z fighting)
Dapper's ingenuity is starting to scare me.
I can't decide...
Kosmo's track was so beautiful and fitting for the homage he was going for...
kAN's track was the best he had ever produced with his trademark alluring thorn for everyone to poke themselves with...
Then Dapper pulls this refinement of his tracks out, I'm in awe!
Mind blown, all wins in my book.
Everyone pulled out their A game this round...
The logic of this map is awesome, Dap! I look forward to more awesome content like this!
You are a legitimate Zeepkist wizard. I have high respect for your creativity.
It seemed like a very reliable mechanism too!
Normally, I don't like really long explanations of track builds before they go to the lobby, but this is one I'm glad Dapper showed us how it worked.
Dapper be doing his research on logic gates in Zeepkist
It's absolutely nuts that this is even possible in ZK. Well done Dapper!
Dapper being dapper. Looks like Kan in getting jealous. BTW. Any more rail road videos? My son love you guys yeeting them.
This one was super creative and cool man!
Thanks for putting in all the effort bro- we love it!
(No pressure- but if you ever feel up to applying more of this sorta stuff we'd love to see it)
I hope the "but what my friends don't know" segment slowly becomes crazier and crazier, with stuffs like "friends don't know I'm not wearing any pants while recording" or "friends don't know I kidnapped their family and they better let me win."
One of the coolest system I have seen in Zeepkist. Nice one Dapper!
You know you’ve done something impressive when the dev is impressed
Dapper you mad lad, this is insanity. Absolutely brilliant
Dapper creates awesome maps and creates assets for them and figures out how to make those trees not look explisit.
I love how the guys get excited trying to discover the cheeses.
Very neat design and concept! Well played
What's that fan doing? The fandango of course!
Lol poor Kan getting pissy. It's a cheesy shortcut but man was it elaborate and really cool
You need to do a track that involves speed being the enemy. Ie a short cut that only appears IF your going slow, that ultimately In the end speeds you up faster
This is dangerous tech. You can make probably password/treasure hunt tracks where you NEED to hit a few hidden "checkpoints" to finish.
I made the most elaborate secret shortcut! ... And in the process I locked myself out of my house.
Dapper alway able to come up some unthink of way to made a shortcut, just like those ancient cheese markers able to come up some way to make a new cheese out of the same old milk....
Whenever you hear a dutch person say jeeeeeezus like that. They're genuinely impressed 😂
fiests be like "HOW DARE YOU BRING LOGIC INTO MY GAME?"
Thank you for those vids you end with validation runs. 💖💖💖💖💖💖
Idea : you have to find secret checkpoints to finish the track. All of them are hidden.
One of these days dapper is gonna make a track with obvious "cheese" yet it's gonna be longer than if you were to go normally. The cheese is a decoy track
And everyone's gonna notice it really quick cause it's dapper.
The effort is similar to how speedrunners determine better routes.
Now he just has to time it so the rocks fall on you out of no where.
This was the best track of the day IMO
Just like Dapper said the better he's in game the more hardcore the cheese is
_Zeepkist_ may already be Turing-complete...
So, I see that Dapper has been playing around with Mousetrap again...
The game needs 'loop' checkpoints. Checkpoints that need to trigger multiple times; but all multi-trigger checkpoints should need to be triggered once before any can be triggered twice, twice before any can be triggered thrice, and so on.
that is some top shelf cheese right there.
Dev doesn't add logic blocks? Makes logic blocks anyway, ChaDapper in action baby!
Dapper's tracks are the most zeepkist tracks
Master Dapper! Really cool… 🤩 👍👍👍👍👍
Here is a map idea for you. create a multi level track with a lot of loops and checkpoints. The cheese is that all of the checkpoints line up and the real path is just a straight line through walls and over invis roads.
What a brilliant idea.
This was a cool 'cheese' well done!
Well done dapper 🎉
Fiets should add a host control to hide all names and make all cars generic so that you can't follow the creator of the track.
Dapper there is an evil idea for your track:
Step 1 make a cheese
Step 2 play like there is nothing
Step 3 make everyone replay your track because of video issus
Step 4 win with the cheese you have hidden from them. 😈
This was truly amazing
That was actually super cool
This is incredible.
Imagine logic in this game.
Dude I played this map! It was a random map I played! Dude this was such a good map! It took me try number 2 to even get a good time on the track!
Gotta roll up with a normal track without any gimics and watch the impending insanity
How hard would it be to make a program that allows you to disconnect your camera and fly around as if in photomode but still technically in your car? So you can spot the cheeses with photomode disabled?
Dapper you are amazing
Kodiak hit it on the head at the end. I'm assuming it doesn't work if it doesn't reset, or can it be toggled?
I think there must be a mod giving people photo mode.
Love the video man
Modern day Rube Goldberg
Could you make bridge using this? Drive on track and lower a some what loose object to form a bridge over a cap you can't jump that has longer route going around?
The map idea:
4 bridges
8 short cuts. 4 which will skip the trigger to lower the bridge.
Best time is to lower firs and last bridge and skip the middle two.
if possible make a Trap shortcut at the start that blocks all bridges to be lowered so if people take it no bridge can be lowered 😏
That is 3 skips you must skip for best time 😁
Perhaps too much work 👍and I don't know if you can even make bridges in the game using this trick.
Hopefully Developpers adds trigger blocks.
That's a good track
This looks fun
Next up. DOOM in Zeepkist
How about making the wall behind the finish so the car goes through there after they finish
Leaving a comment for the almighty algorithm
Very impressive!
I guarantee you'll there is a hack or a mod how people can find out how things work. Without photomode.
Have you ever made a track where the quickest way is to be AFK
Great video.
Make the most sus track ever, but it's not sus. But then play a new round and reveal a secret almost impossible shortcut that's impossibly obvious in retrospect and take the gold for yourself, id do it but I'm lazy small brain that doesn't actually have the game
Genius
mozarella
sausage
very creative 😀
love
Nice video
Nicceee
meh, use preset z-fight priority for objects/layers
I've never been this early!
hi
Can we see a longer bts video?
Cheese
Why is Kan always so salty???
I'm glad the rest of the people on audio stepped in to like, properly appreciate the setup of this build. Ngl Kan's constant negativity in these videos has gotten a bit tiresome.
