However, I've noticed that those more organic texture samples like rust per example, appear to have a lot of obvious tiling patterns, so it would be fantastic if you could add an additional tile breaking modification option, similar to a Bomb Cell in UE5. Decals might also be an alternative solution in this matter.

I've made wear and tear materials from scratch, after watching numerous tutorial videos on that type of texture creation. This initial launch for the wear and tear system is phenomenal. The best part is that can get way more complex. Hoping that you'll add additional sliders to create more variability, randomness, and customization.
Can surfaces be saves as presets? Say you get just the right mix of dirt and rust, etc, and you want to keep it for future use without having to rebuild it each time.
That's really great if your work is only going to be presented in Blender, but can it export the blended textures to a uv'ed model for Unreal Engine? If I can get the same level of quality out of blender to a game engine that would be a buy for me.
I think that you can just UV and bake down the textures, right? Believe it can get close if you're very familiar with the capabilities of the game engine you're working with, but as far as quality goes I think it'll most likely be closer to the max you can get out of Eevee Next than what you can get in Cycles due to how each renderer operates

Is the node graph editable for fine tunning after the fact?
You can reset the nodes where it shows the options so yes, however im not a node master so hopefully someone with more experience can answer in depth

It works with UVs yes, you have the option for UVs or procedural. Not sure if the new edge wear feature supports it though
