    Can I use a Ohmeter on the 2 CAD Cell screws for checking the values while the burner is on?
    Can too much air (air band) cause delayed ignition?

      The air setting could cause a delay in ignition, however many different things can (usually a spark/oil problem). As far as the cad cell reading, you can't ohm it on the screws. You must disconnect the two yellow wires from the primary and test ohms across the 2 yellow wires. In order to do this you must start the burner, once a flame is established you put a jumper between the FF terminals, this allows for the burner to stay on in order to test between the two yellow wires. Otherwise the primary won't sense flame and will go off on reset. Don't forget to remove the jumper😉
