Howdy! I know Traxxas doesn't have something like that, but you can raise the punch setting a bit for better control in the air. The setting is lower from the factory
If you slide the battery tray back it will help with that nose-diving in the air. This rig appears to be a tweak on the FireTeam. I will probably pick one up next spring after the snow melts.
It’s why I love a Canada 🇨🇦 winters. Gives lots of time to think and save up also haha

I'm 7 mins in so there is vid left but I would have liked to see a size comparison just so we have a better idea the "scale" of the RC. Looks dope & it might be a little much for Traxxas fans 😉 😆
U need to thicken the center diff fluid and possibly change the shock oil weights , it will help with that rear bucking up
Mould release compound on the tires fresh from the factory is what makes the tires slippery at first.
I'll be trying to grab one around tax time. Big Rock 3S was my first (real) RC, so this is great to me.
Love this thing, looks much better than the Fireteam. This and the new Kraton EXB are defenitely the kings of 6s class right now!

Mine is on order and should be in any day now. I just haven't decided on the grey or red. The body resembles my f150. I have never been so excited about an rc and had to have it asap.
Originally the Bigrock was a 6S truck on the Nero platform that had lay down shocks that Traxxas sued Arrma and Hobbico over due to a patent they purchased. I’m so glad they brought it back to 6S.
Got mine not long after they started shipping. I love it, Just my style! Just posted up my 3rd video already. This is my 4th XLWB Arrma. I plan to go orbital with it like my Fireteam- just need the snow to melt first! Traction right now sucks!

I’m going to convert my stretched talion into one. Ordered the parts on horizon. Basherqueen towers, m2c bladderless shock system in fireteam shocks, just bash it chassis, and Mmx8s/tp4070 2250kv motor in it.

This looks amazing unfortunately just like an XMaxx etc I’ve got nowhere nearby to run such a massive and fast RC as much as I want one. I’ve got a limitless I have setup for a local race series at a 1/5 scale track and I barely run it outside of practice days there for the same reasons. yeah space in my shop is also tight but that wouldn’t normally stop me from getting something I’ll always make the room

glad to see the big rock 6s. i really cant stand the 3s line with the slipper clutch. all RCs should have a proper center diff not a slipper

The original “Big Rock” wasn’t the 1/10th scale 3s BLX. The Original ARRMA “Big Rock” was 1/7th scale and it had the “Nero” chassis. Then they came out with the 1/10th scale 3s BLX. Facts🤷🏻♂️👍💯
The Traxxas XRT comes in the box with the wheels off.
Noticed those endos right away. That’s super annoying when you’re trying to send it. Also looked like it didn’t have enough rotational mass in the wheels to get much correction in the air when you hit the throttle. Bet it’s hard to get it to flip.

Why all that power with out stability management?… it will slide all over the place , I want to get one but the first thing I see replacing is the receiver.

Only thing I dislike is the cap bank just floating around they really need to hard mount it somewhere

I run something very similar.
Limitless chassis
Kraton shock towers and diffs
Rpm front kraton arms
Kraton rear rear arms
Spektrum 160a esc
Hobbywing 1/5 1100kv motor
Keep the splitter on that comes with the limitless/felony/infractuon (trust me it will save u it tanks all the front end damage)
Kraton shocks.
Nitro warhead shocks on the rear alongside with kraton stock shocks to make a dual rear shock set up
Proline trenchers usually and sometimes Mojave tires.
Amazon special 45kg servo lol
36t pinion gear, stock Kraton center diff, open diffs all around, 4 shims on the front and rear
I run that on 8s and it goes well over 100mph and it’s very stable and with the trenchers on it’s even able to flip itself over with a little throttle and it’s a absolute tank
What do you guys think? I have only traxxas cars, Xmaxx, XRT, Sledge, Maxx, Slash. Is it very different than the Sledge? I kinda want an Arrma and im between this and the new Mojave.
The nose dive jumping in evident in many reviews. I’m glad you brought it to the surface but also provided reasons why. I noticed that nobody talks about ride height. You being a racer, does that matter? Appreciate you bro.

Try getting the arrma granite grom
Just like the Fireteam when they start cartwheeling it keeps going & going not good.
On all my arrma bashers I have had to add more spring tension up front.

Spektrum ESCs have been down on power compared to Team Corally so perhaps these new v2 ESCs are meant to close that gap. Still, I have been satisfied with the prior version.
