I was a big fan of the FireTeam, but had no need for the handbrake. This looks like a good replacement when it goes on sale.
I own this truck, and it is awesome, my favorite ground-and-pound RC. 1/7 scale so it's nearly as big as an Xmaxx, and it's way faster and turns at high speeds without toppling over. It's NOT a basher, send it at your own risk LOL.

They always break the 1st time out. 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th too. Until it's all M2C parts, then you can really enjoy that platform

do you no what the buttons are on the back of the radio and do you have the spektrum programer i think you can mess with the stearing on it to turn it faster

Price difference between Granite BLX AT 269 right now and the Outcast 8s being only $100 more then the 6s big rock, really make this a difficult choice. I know some might say battery prices, but honestly 6s vs 2s more is gonna be another $30-50 maybe.

Why is this $699??? Kraton 6s is $469
The $469 K6 blx is a sale price thru May 30th.The Big Rock is typically $150 more because it’s 1) a newer release 2) uses a longer chassis platform 3) has a more detailed and expensive semi-scale body.
The Mojave and Fireteam use the same chassis and are also on sale right now for $529 and $549 respectively. You’re paying for the latest and greatest, it’s why a new iPhone is gonna be more than the previous generation.
@@JT-6s but the new iPhone has a much faster chip, this big rock is a lazy release with no significant upgrades and hence not worth the extra $150. The 3s big rock is historically $10 more than a granite (which is always $259 now because the RC market is in a glut) so this release is just a money grab and will be a failure no doubt.
@@kenmastersmaster Nah, phones are only incrementally faster within adjacent generations. Sounds like you should stick to Marketplace specials.
@@JT-6s wrong they double in power every year, sounds like you got ripped off on your junk chineseium truck that lost half it's value after purchase you will be begging to unload on marketplace for $300 and your head is all discombobulated from sunken cost fallacy. Also sounds like you need to upgrade your iPhone 5 if you can manage to stop buying plastic toy trucks Everytime arrma releases some boring rehashed trash with your minimum wage earnings.

This truck is just too big, heavy, expensive, and unwieldy for me. Good review though!
