Ice Cream Sandwich is freaking amazing. Loved the reaction Ren and Don. I used to work for Dunkin Donuts, and this is probably top 3 worst customer experience in my 13 years there. So, I was coming in for my shift one day and it happened to be an extremely busy day as there was a yearly carnival of moderate size going on across the street from our store. As I'm heading into the store, someone I graduated from high school with was coming out the door. He informs me that I "need to get in there and straighten up my f-ing crew". I just think to myself ok, that's weird. I go out back to clock in realizing that we are indeed swamp, essentially a line almost to the door. I finish clocking in, and a coworker comes out back and starts bursting into tears saying she was down with the customers and our workplace. Come to find out the person a graduated with that told me to straighten up my coworkers had gotten a coolatta and when they handed it to him it was a little watery. So, they took it back and were remaking it, but it was taking longer (because of how busy it was) than he expected. So, when they were able to get him a new one, he threated the life of said coworker that burst into tears, who mind you was a 17 old girl, calling her incompetent and a worthless waste of life and threaten to unalive her if it happened again. So long story short we consoled her, let her take a well-deserved break, and as soon as we could got him no trespassed. I felt so bad for my coworker.
I have one that's more funny to me than anything. I had an older customer come in to buy a pack of cigarettes. I asked him for identification, which is required by both state law and the store, and he wants on a solid 15-30 second rant about how he's old enough and has grandkids older than me, before handing me something to identify him with.
