More weight... less power... no dlc coating... slow feeling.. 🐌 sounds like a real winner!
less sound too
They always play it off like this...as if it is a better bike than the outgoing model it is replacing. A couple of years from now, they will be saying that Kawasaki took a step backwards with the 2024 model year...
BEST LOOKING KX450.
Bruce is just such so good at everything....it's not even fair
Love the look and upgrades
Cant wait to get mine. Coming off a yz450 im looking forward to a more manageable 450
Awesome bike 💚
Heal up quickly, Ping!
Bike looks good
If theu reduced friction by 80%, then it would not seem too far fetched that a couple of clicks would make a big difference.
Especially since they were literally talking about a weight (175 lbs) that fell right in the middle of the stock target weight range of 170-180 lb riders.
Matter of fact, I did go grab a 24 KX 450 and experienced exactly what they're talking about, and I am nowhere near a pro level Rider
But, way to question guys that have been involved in every aspect of the industry for their entire lives!
Thanks for the killer content gentleman!
Im ready for a .ore in depth follow up video!
Heavier, slower, vibrates and did the price go up?
Thanks for the breakdown
DLC coating, revised valving 2025 model, along with smaller, lighter rear hub……we know what 2025 will be.
same multifunction map/stop switch as CRF450R
KTM all the way. -Ohio
Did it gain weight? 5lbs?
Is power like the 350sxf?😊
Looks like a 23’ ktm450sxf stuck it’s axel in the tail pipe of a 2023 kx450f and boom 2024 kx450f.
Please I hope they improved the build quality!
I'll never own another Kawasaki!!!
@@craigdavies8099 i know it’s ridiculous!
That's why went KTM an never looked bk. Better engines , transmission & clutch. Better build quality. Smoother, stronger power. All '24 450s are great for sure but for $11-12k i want my bikes to last 150hrs+ before rebuild minimum. -Ohio
@@Davido50 I'm not a fan of WP suspension, it's built down to a price that doesn't match the premium price of the bike. In my opinion, TM Racing is the best European brand.
@@Davido50 Unless you're trail riding, or trail riding on an MX track, nothing is getting close to 150hrs between rebuilds.
So it’s 5 lbs heavier the engine feels slower and we don’t get cool coatings on the fork 🤦♂️
Alias kit 👍
Nice looking machine. No reason get of my still pretty new '23 KTM 450SXF. Can't beat KTMs handling, engine, transmission & clutch. Better smoother power as well. 💯
I think it needs more green
Said nobody ever!
So it gained 5lbs and no more power than before well done kawi 😂😂😂
2 clicks totally change the feel of the bike? Come on guys.
Yes, absolutely. As does 1mm change in fork height or a couple mm of sag. Welcome to bike testing and setup.
We’re not the only media outlet that made the same comment. Go see for yourself.
@@jbeaver1776I would love to see you try to differentiate a bike with bolts torqued at different specs. Load of bs
@@lorenzoreyes9784 a guy of my skill set or yours, no… a Pro rider, absolutely.
Apparently the grips have also changed everything about the bike lol
It looks incomplete... It looks asif it got rushed off the assembly line straight into stores , i mean look at thoses hoses and clamps its just not pretty it looks rushed but all due respect its an beautiful bike and something id love to own myself, i mean Kawasaki is going the right way for me good suspension decent rotors dics uhm what i can see wow but ,what are those ugly extra holes where the engine mounts to the cylinder head and flinsy air filter😂 i im bit sceptical ,probably wrong but they probably did more research than i did, but am just wondering about the small stuff , bike just sounds ugly with miss matched calipers and weird air box , i mean straight flow means more power , but this box goes up and then down... Not complaining, just questions
that muffler is silly
They make them like that to sell more pro circuit exhausts
Looks better than the previous model though.
So they add traction control to motorcycles so the rider doesn’t learn to ride? That’s stupid.
We don’t need fancy shit in these bikes. 90% of riders just ride. Most don’t race and most couldn’t tell the difference between brands.
Manufacturers, keep it simple. Bring back carb’d 2 strokes so everyone can have their choice. Cheap, intermediate and Austrian.
Massive frame! Don't like the plastics...
Ypu no what kawasaki. I love your bikes. Dirt bikes and superbikes. Problem is you are going down hill with adding more weight. What is going on?? I really wanted to go out and buy this BUT all the bad reviews have put me off and im going with another choice of bike for the first time. Never owned a ktm so im going with that. I was a down and out kawasaki fan boy. Times are maybe changing
@bikelifewithalex120, trade up!
