I just got off the phone with Alma. After paying for the year in September, I haven't received a single referral, and there have been so many changes. They told me they have no refund policy, but if I fill out a cancellation form by the 20th of the month, they’ll pro-rate the refund for the year. This suggests they know providers aren’t happy with the changes, and the town hall didn’t provide as much clarity as they hoped.
I paid for the year too, back in April. I have gotten 3 referrals, I too tried to cancel. I would suggest with any of these platforms people pay month to month, if it works out you will like be able to cover the monthly payment. If it doesn't work out you can cancel. I wish someone had suggested this to me.
