This filming of her Hallelujah program somehow seems more gorgeous and powerful in casual practice clothes, with hair disheveled from working out, and with no jumps. Really beautiful to get to see the edge work and emotive hand and face gestures in slow motion.
In slow motion you truly get a new appreciation for the beauty of Mariah’s skating and the positions she hits in certain elements like the split falling leaf and layback spin. Just gorgeous!
Mariah truly skates with such joy. I love watching her and Jason Brown as well, because they truly exude the joy of skating.
