Love this song Britt. Thank you for being you on your youtube channel as always Britt. Thank you for sharing this video with us love your youtube channel so much your always so awesome on it love it Britt.❤️🌹👍
Lord Have Mercy! I already appreciated Teddy Swims and this song, but your breakdown and reaction just moved it to a whole new level for me. I love this man. I love this band. I love this song. My only regret is that I feel like a dirty old woman when I hear him sing🤣😂
Teddy Swims and Allen Stone covering Sarah Smile. Teddy and Kodi Lee covering Don't Stop Believing. Teddy covering Make You Feel My Love Teddy original Amazing live from Rak
Please don’t take this in any weird or offensive way Britt, but I have got to say that watching your reaction videos are a highlight of the day to me when I watch one because not only is it great hearing the singer, but you are a beautiful distraction that is so hard not to stare at. Your are one absolutely beautiful woman. I 100% respect and admire what you do, but I just had to let you know that. And I’m very jealous of your husband, but even more envious of that lucky man! It’s all love, respect, and admiration though my dear. 🤗👏🙂
Great view of this song. For another, Try Chris Stapleton & Justin Timberlake :Tennessee Whiskey/Drink you away medley CMA 2015. This rendition was amazing!
If you like singing guitar, you need to listen to Peter Frampton using his guitar talk box on Do You Feel Like I Do. This was a great one by the way. Back in the 70s we drank a lot of Boone’s Farm Strawberry Hill wine. Cheap, sweet and tasted good, but mysteriously never rated by any serious oenophile (couldn’t have been the $2.49 a bottle and no cork could it lol). 🍾😁
I love Chris Stapleton but Teddys runs damn. He playin with notes . So much control and range that in my opinion Chris don’t have that technical range and control. Chris be smooth Teddy is on another planet
I'm not sure if you're aware that Tennessee Whiskey was originally recorded by David Allan Coe in 1981. You should react to it so that you can understand its roots. Chris and Teddy's covers are AMAZING but they wouldn't exist without David Allan. Also, I absolutely love all your reactions!!!
Thanx Britt for sharing your reactions with us,i really appreciate you humor, I know you get lots of request from your subscribers but i would really like to see your reaction to his cover of Tennessee Whiskey, His name is Chakra Kahn, i think he's worthy of your church towel..! have the day YOU deserve..! Bucaroobill
Love the channel - especially your videos with the President of the PDC - have you checked out the Chosen TV show before? Some of the scenes may make really good reaction videos
This video review is IMO a bit snippy, lacking respect for the artist's rendition. Commenting with a sheen of dissing on how Teddy uses his mouth and such... I couldn't even watch it to the end. Maybe it's an age thing: I'm 69 and got hooked to music in the 60s and 70s, and have been making music off and on since I was 16. This song was first recorded in in 1981 long before Chris Stapleton did it. Teddy's is a bit slower in bmp and it adds to it. And above all, he really feels it and it comes through. Go see his rendition of Marvin Gaye's "What's Going On." More polished, but has the same soul and depth of delivery. ua-cam.com/video/0XQ6M6eyO5A/v-deo.html As for another reaction video to this particular song here with less snipness... ua-cam.com/video/PK8phsTuVAc/v-deo.html
Why in the world would you take suck a great song and totally trash it's style. George Jones version is the best there will ever be of this song, I'm not saying Chris Stapleton or Teddy can't sing or anything like that but for a iconic song to be done it should be respected, both the writer and artist put so much into it and that should be respected.
The George Jones version is a legitimate cover of the original tennessiee whiskey written by Dean dillon / Linda hargrove. First recorded by David Allen coe. the Chris Stapleton version is not the original tennessiee whiskey it only contains the lyrics but Chris has taken the music in its entirely from " I'd rather go blind " etta James. 1968 .
@@Sjiropn I never said George Jones or Chris Stapletons was the original. David said George did it better than he did himself. I said both the writer and artist without naming them put so much into it and that should be respected.
The wonderful thing about songs and which version is best is that it is all subjective opinion. There is no objective quantitative formula to rank songs, it is ALL opinion. Therefore, there is no right or wrong answer. What is best to your ears and your musical taste may be the exact opposite of someone else’s. Who is right? Both!!! Anyone who says, “This version IS the best” without including the words “in my opinion” only makes themselves look foolish.
@@BadCowboy67 my reply wasn't intended to be combative in any way , sorry if it looked like that , it was just to inform now that I know what you know then I see that information was not needed .
it's time to step on a few toes in here...in MY opinion i think Teddy sings it better than Chris..i feel like Teddy puts the emotions into it where as for Chris it's just a song..
Right this dude fucking Rick's this song like nobody can I just don't know what to do I'm just a loser that drives truck for the country and just a spot in the world that would love to stand out and be something more

Since your on a Teddy Swims journey, check his colab with Allen Stone…”Sara Smile”. Dem boys can SANG!!!
Similar to what the Psalmist said in Psalm 33, we can say to that guitar player… “Man, you play ‘skillfully’ now as you play that thang!"

You won't be dissapointed!
We need to push the fans to get a gramy 😊
His cover of Sara Smile by Hall and Oates is also that good. But gets no love.

Try Amato’s sweet strawberry wine.
To me, he sounds like the lead singer of NEEDTOBREATHE
Very smooooooooooooooooth
Gotta say I might like this version better
He's wonderful but no one beats Chris for me
He is better than Chris Stapleton++++
He’s not lmao
This is not in the same universe as George Jones version.
