The space looks very classy. The chandellier should be switched out for another style which would give off brighter lighting. Brighter lighting will illuminate the space better and really enhance just how beautiful the space really is. Great job.😊
Thank you! The chandeliers in the different rooms sold me on this house so they’re definitely staying but I’m considering changing the globe to a clear instead of a frosted glass and the lightbulb to make it brighter.

If you're in Houston now, you have to hit up the family thrift store and the family thrift outlet. The outlet one doesn't have furniture, but the prices will blow your mind. There are finds there!
I have the same Black velvet panels in my formal dining room with sheer Black panels under them. My formal dining room has an Asian style & the Black is perfect with the Asian style furniture. I found my panels at Amazon this time last year.
