Those PASCAL diamond watches are insane! I received mine last week and compared with my ROLEX. It's same quality to my eyes while the colorway and design of PASCAL are unique and stylish that I wished ROLEX will release but they never did. Plus, my ROLEX doesn't have diamonds. I'll have to put down 5 figures extra for diamonds from ROLEX. So PASCAL is absolutely one of the most smart purchases of mine this year🔥🔥🔥
The colors look amazing and I love the appliances. Restore is everything, try the one on W 34th too, they have everything as well. With regards to the plumbing did you all have an inspection by your personal inspector? I’m asking because coming from someone who recently left the construction sector this happens a lot when the inspector doesn’t do a thorough inspection of everything from the pipes, to the boot collars, cracked or nail pops in shingles to even small cracks in the cemented driveway. Okay, on to your GI tract. I thought it was me. When I first relocated to Houston my body was fighting me, the foods I ate up to the day before I moved into my house I still wasn’t able to consume 6 months later, my body wasn’t trying to adjust. I switched my probiotics to 60 billion, Physician’s Choice, take it at night and I’m good, but the struggle. I continue to wish you and your family the best here in Houston
We had a great inspection (I thought) but admittedly the cracks were in very odd places you wouldn’t have noticed unless you flooded the bathroom floor which my daughter promptly did 😭 Luckily, it was an easy fix.
Add a piece of wood above the washer and dryer, making a counter, and pedestals to lift washer and dryer up, I found a pair on craigslist for free..

Hey Jillian, here in New Orleans we have 4 seasons in one week. As for winter coats, nothing real heavy because it's cold one day and then warm the next.
Here's a tip , impossible sausage roll is excellent if you want a taste of spice. At the present time Walmart by me has been out of it since Thanksgiving. If there is an Aldi's near you,they're good for produce.

Put the washer and dryer on a platform that will hide the connection in back and put drawers in the bottom for storage.

Girl, I know exactly how you feel regarding the driving here in Houston. I’m from California too, and when I first got here, I was like what the heck is a feeder road lol it took me a while, but I figured it out finally! And just know that some of the streets have two and three names for the same street lol will you do . I moved here in 2006. And I’m a native Californian, born and raised. I live in the Los Angeles and Southern California area.

When your furnitures come put your bedroom furniture in the rooms. Then put all your boxes in the garage. Take one at a time. Because if the mover pack them in the house, you are going to get overwhelmed and tired. I pray you did label your boxes. Yes do one thing at a time. It takes time, you are going to see lots to do but you have time to do it all. Congrats on your new home. Am surprised that your inspector didn’t do the running water test.!!

Awesome. We moved to Texas 2021. A mover friend of my son packed the truck for us. We rented a truck and a friend drove it down for us. He told us that we can call a moving company and hire them to empty the truck for us. It worked out great for me. And yes I emptied the boxes one by one. Yes take it easy there is no law that says you should empty your boxes and do repairs. It’s all in your court. Take your time in between too, ok welcome to Texas. Am living in Aubrey Texas, all the way from Wisconsin. No more snow freezing rain. Glory to God . To be honest that lizard, am from the island and still afraid of them. Thank God I haven’t seen any, pray not.

I really hope you didn't buy one of the houses that all the plumbing got messed up when the freeze of 2021 occurred. Texas plumbing hasn't been the same since, you fix one area and then another pops up.☹️
We got it inspected and the plumbing is all good! 🥰 It was just some sealing issues.
