In bowling there are two sets of balls - called Ten-pin and Duckpin. Duckpin are the smaller size balls and those there are the Ten-pin sets of balls. The Tenpin also have holes for your two fingers to go into and those balls come in weights like I think anywhere from 12 to 16.
Are these tours before the owner moves in? Or does the owner have a choice to be a part of these parades? Not sure how I would feel about hundreds of people walking through my private home for a day lol. It sure is beautiful! Lucky owners for sure.
That’s a great question! In our experience most builders rush to complete these homes just in time for the parade. Usually the builder has to pay a substantial fee to enter the home in the parade in exchange for exposure, the owners typically get some perks from all the vendors that are showcasing the products in their home (discounted upgrades on appliances, windows, doors, electronics, landscaping, smart systems the list goes on) But with that being said, as a home owner… I probably would think twice before I host a party for 40k+ visitors over a period of a whole week. I’m with you lol 😆
Guys, could u please 🙏 show homes that regular folks could afford. This is nice but 99.9% of the people who live here would like something a little less pricey.

I learned something new today! Thank you
Just discovered your channel and love the videos! Did you tour #18 The Mad House?
Thank you for the kind words! We toured a total of 16 homes during this parade, but unfortunately never made it out to #18 :(
Is this home sold already or still for sale? Beautiful home!
It sold before the parade began, it was built for the current owners
What’s the name of the exterior stone used on the house ?
Great question!
