  • The City of St. George started out much differently than other towns in the Southwest because of America's Civil War. One of its first buildings was the "Pioneer Courthouse", which today serves as a museum. Watch this virtual video tour and you'll learn how St. George came into being and how the courthouse played an important role in early life here. Two accompanying videos will go on walking tours of other historical buildings, both commercial and residential, that are just a few blocks away from the courthouse.

I just got done watching all your new St. George videos. We went through there twice over the last few weeks. Always amazed how much it has grown. Wish your videos came out before our recent trip, I never looked that much into the town but it looks like there is so much fun history to be seen there. Great job on these.

Hi just caught your new video. I'm from from the antelope valley and am glad to join you in Utah we have been living up on the Colorado Plateau this summer. It is so beautiful here. My work has had me taking dirt to the new Red Cliffs Temple in Washington UT.

Very cool! We moved up here to Hurricane 6 years ago from the Victor Valley. There's a lot to explore up here and all over the Colorado Plateau.

My favorite Utah city! Excellent! I even looked at new construction slightly south of the main town area a few years ago just to get an idea of what was available, prices, taxes, etc. Cedar City would be choice #2.

What do mean? There are 3 videos (3 separate topics), the other 2 I'm just getting ready to publish.
