मतलब हम सभी creative लोग भी अपना अपना नया और इससे बेहतर kit बनाकर ARAI approved करा सकते हैं, तो positive लें और new technology बनाकर पेश करें, Official procedure steps का प्रचार होना चाहिए अपनी बनाई चीज पर चढ़ने में ज्यादा आनंद होता है
Conversion is very expensive mainly because of 28% GST on battery and 18% on motor etc . Whereas new EV has only 5 % GST .
You can say that Govt simply doesn't want you to convert
But your subsidy will be eaten by dealers..... better pay GST....
At last we got a real conversion kit for petrol scooter.

Present conversation cost is very expensive. We can get a new bike by adding another 30k-40k.
85k is way too much considering the less range of 80km !!! People will add another 55k and buy a brand new one with more range

For an EV, especially a two wheeler, where onboard energy storage is a limitation, a Belt drive transmission is counter productive, especially in terms of efficiency and reliability. On a scooter, the average customer, who has migrated from a Petrol version to electric, is NOT looking for Performance and High speed. Their priority is usually towards reliability, range, efficiency, convenience and reasonable appearance. In this design, the mid drive motor is consuming vital space and doesn't appear to be having a good IP rating. Secondly, mounting the controller OVER the motor is counter productive, in terms of thermal management. And lastly, the exposed belt drive, especially in Indian riding conditions, will encounter a substantial amount of harmful debris, which would significantly reduce the MTBF of the transmission, as a whole. In conclusion, for all the hype being spoken during the presentation, personally speaking, there is hardly anything, in terms of a Smart, outstanding and reliable design aspect. Sorry for my blunt remarks, but in considering the tradition of Japanese smart design heritage and ingenuity, this product does not meet the mark. Thank you.

Which 'Manufacturer' are you referring to???? This is just a retrofitting company. You are just modifying an existing petrol vehicle. I'm NOT referring to any other manufacturer. My comments and observations are squarely directed to your modified vehicle, based on what I saw in your video.

The concept is very good but Price should chip compared to the new electric scooter.
50k is a good price for those who already have a petrol scooter and are trying to shift in an electric scooter but there shouldn't be a subscription.
I would say its really good initiative by the company and it is the need of today's polluted world where we do not have any option than EV. I will be happy if you start your setup in Maharashtra region. Also I thanks to Creative Science channel to bring this kind of videos and spread the awareness.
Only one suggestion at the end of the video you could mention or highlight the points like cost of the kit, warranty, range, charging time, battery details.

last year the kit price is 36,000 only but they say 55,000 so i don't think that 85km speed and 75km milage for this old scooter i change my mind to buy a new one not thid one in low milage this will not success @ this price point think 2wis to buy

I fail to understand why you are not using the continous variable transmission CVT system because you can achieve higher torque during climbing steep slopes and climbing is the weak point of all EVs moreover it will maximise mileage on highways which is another weak point.

bro this before price is 36000 only for all stranded fittings including RTO i booked also but they delayed now 2 years no response when we call about that the price they say you book again and get in 56000 for this reason subtraction pack and new price not work out more new ev scooters will launches at good price all and all if we check this is worthless @ this price point

But electronic mother board is not safety because small components like resistor, capacitor, thermistor, inductor due to high load pressure CPU socket will not work it will burn and heat sink will not control the heat capacity to complete board this is disadvantage of motherboard.
