I was just in Istanbul for 2 weeks. This video is helpful but I saw it after coming back home. I did not know about the mall for conservative women's clothing. I needed that. Next time
Levent is a commercial center with a lot of high rises and offices. I would not recommend to go there specifically for shopping, unless you stay or work there. You can probably find almost all of the shops in Levent either in Cevahir mall or in one of the other malls / areas described in this video.

Regarding ceramics, you find the best quality ones in the Grand Bazaar. In the Grand Bazaar part of this video, I am actually showing a shop with ceramics. However the Grand Bazaar is also a bit more expensive. Other than that, you can check the Eminönü shops - just next to and behind the Egyptian Bazaar.
