Most of the time pitch selection and timing are more important than mechanics when it comes to in game hitting. If you are hitting well during BP, it's probably your timing and pitch selection that is getting you out

I have a question. I know that with 0 or 1 strikes, I should be hunting or looking for a certain pitch. But when I have two strikes, should I still be looking for a certain pitch.
