My experience: do not bother. Take rather a USB-dock that stimulates a mouse movement. It's smaller, more efficient and needs a lot less space.

Why are mouse jigglers a "thing"?... I know, I'll spend a wedge of hard earned instead of taking the 30 seconds it takes to change the power setting in my OS to "never sleep"? Thickos and their money are certainly easily seperated.

Some jobs, especially remote workers, use software on the computer that overrides your computer's settings. Other jobs use software that track activity. They do this so they can know when you step away from your computer.

some companies block access to power management like mine. So it is on a 2 min lockout and nothing you can do about it.
