It should not be for the Correctional service to parole, they should recommend it, depending that the judge or magistrate sentenced you with allegibility to parole or not. That should be the system not this nonsense.
We need to change this system, that victims know on a sentence that the person is getting 7yrs with elegibility to parole or not, not in some cornet there in prison. This is crazy.

This presenter is dumb or she does not understand the law, the law does not work with emotions. The reality is that this elders that she talks about are not victim per se, but vbs bank is the victim in this present case. All this 20 000 elders got their money back, only municipalities are still yet to receive their money. Heist happens everyday on our malls and intersections where criminals disappear with lot of money invested in by poor and the rich, young and the elders. All this people do not come to be victim but victim will be Fidelity, SBV or G4s etc.
