The shipping of St.Loius and Honolulu is actually based upon real history. Both ship fight together, severely damaged Jintsuu together, got damaged together. Got repaired together at the shipyard, by the time they were ready, witnessing the end of the war together.
Thus why the character were drawn so similar to each other and have relationships close together. Is not just a game shipping, is also a history shipping.
The fact you use Leander as one with her shows you know Leander, St Louise and Honolulu were the cruiser team that fought the 2nd Battle of Kula Gulf.

It took me forever to get St. Louis, and her heavy dependence on RNG did not impress me. She's languishing toward the bottom half of my dock. I still max limit broke her for the tech points though.

I didn't get any hololive builds in the first FIVE days, wtf, only manage to get Fubuki, 5 days before the event ends.

“Luck Lou” often gets stereotyped as being similar to Atago but none of her lines really seam to reflect this, Bremerton is in the same situation. I know Im probably alone on this but I’m kinda sick of it honestly, you can find almost all of there lines on the Azur lane wiki so that’s not a good excuse.
Honestly, to me...she's not as direct about that kind of thing as Atago. Her lines feel a bit suggestive of it, but is never really direct.
So the stereotype isn't entirely wrong, but she's not at the same level as Atago.
Hawk2zer0 Ehh, it’s kind of a perspective thing with her I guess, after looking through her lines I just don’t see it, maybe her VO has something to do with it, you do lose the way they speak when you look at there lines on the wiki, I’m mostly free to play so no skins that can’t be earned(besides, I mostly care about the lines on the skins anyway, the character development is pretty interesting to me) and already used the two oath rings the game has given me on Cleveland and Enterprise. On that note, didn’t they say they would be giving out a free oath ring to everyone during the live stream, they did it for the first anniversary(I think that’s how I got my second one anyway) so I don’t see why they wouldn’t do it again.
Bremerton’s treatment probably also has something to do with it, I am really sick of that.

I do see the suggestiveness of St. Louis. From how her voice gives that feel to it to the line's suggestive hints that she gives off on it.

That line (Blue and White Pottery) is extremely suggestive for me. Also her mannerisms in Crosswave can be seen as teasing.
If anything she has the "teasing Onee-san" personality. She's not insanely lewd, but she's suggestive at times.

I probably wouldn't have focused on certain areas if he didn't mention them. Now I spent a good chunk of St.Louis's appearence with my eyes focusing on them. Great.

the two Yunsang boats aren't really involved in yuri ships (threesomes on the other hand).... then again the anime's too busy shoving Belfast/Enterprise fodder down our throats.
Also in terms of buffs, "FP up" is weaker than "damage" up for a few reasons, not that these reasons exactly negate Lucky Lou's effectiveness just a bit of trivia.
Also her accquire line lampshades the difficulty in getting her (funny enough I got her incidentally one day)
I'm aware a firepower boost is less effective than a straight up damage boost...tis why Helena is still better overall.
