    This was super helpful thanks momin, the end part especially!
    I was finding it difficult to accept the inconveniences caused by ocd in my journey to setting up my business as I hold myself to a really high standard & expect myself to perform always at a high level, meetings etc. (life goals) etc. which leads to fear of rejection and makes OCD worse, and physical symptoms manifest which leads to my performance being forcefully destroyed by ocd
