I don't know of ANY place in the USA where Black people own 100% of the businesses in the city that they live in or else where for that matter. This is South Africa where they have not been long been able to walk on the same side of the street with white people and Black people seem to have everything they need from the hands of other Black vendors. Bless you and stay safe.

And go south to Umlazi and hit Eyedini or Max's to show the Shisa Nyama flava too. Then come back and show us Ushaka marine world and then behimd there at the Sails at Timeballs, then venture into the Bluff area to show us some "coloured" vibes as well. Enjoy my guy. That's why he won't show Umhlanga, South Beach, the seas front, Ballito or other nice areas in Durban.
Even in Jorburg, you won't see him doing Sandton, Rosebank, Fourways, Midrand, Melville and many other nice places in Johannesburg.

Load shedding happebs countrywide. It is scheduled more ofteb than not we know when there lights will be off bcos there is an app that shows schedules for each area. Only in some isolated instances that are not load related u can get a surprise power cut.

Home affairs is where you apply for your ID and passports ETC.
South African no longer does photos for ID's so those guys are scamers
So, you are supposed to book upfront.
Most people are not aware of this and they go there only to chill.
From 8 till 12, Home affairs starts with people who do the online bookings.
It takes an hour to finalize your ID application if you have booked online.

That sounds like a really stupid way of thinking. If you are thinking about muggins or pick pocketing. It's probably because you are in an area known for mugging and pick pocketing. GET THE FUCK OUT OF THERE.
On the other hand if you do know it's likely. Then prepare for it. Take stuff you dont value and don't worry about when it nappens at all

They don't just rob anyone. They are just chancers and mostly those who rob take their chances on young women as they easily give them phones etc. Nobody just walks up to a grown man and try to rob them when they are vigilant because the criminal is also afraid himself.

People do not react to weather conditions the same. Some are just used to the condition, some are just visitors who thought it might be too cold but find themselves feeling hot or vice versa. There is no strangeness at all especially in Durban it is near sea level, the weather can go in phases during in a day.
