Ohhh great thank youu… local workshops and electric shops cannot open it and they even damaged the paint and light. Now watching this i was able to remove it with ease…. Thank youuuu….

Thank you ! This video really helped. My issue was, that water was leaking into the cabin from around the light. But after opening detaching the clips the light did not budge. The light was fixed with sealant. My query was did you ever have water leaking in, since i don't see any sealant and your light fitting is nice and clean.

@@om5201 unfortunately I haven't been able to sort the rust out, it's getting worse and I don't have the money to get it sorted out right now - hopefully soon!

@genevievestander5938 That's bad. I also had rust in the same area, I scrapped the lose rusts and applied rust convertor and then sprayed base coat on it... It slows down the rusting. Mine is holding fine for a year now. I skipped applying paint, due to which I am noticing very small rust spots reoccurring. I plan to redo same process but will now apply paint and clear to it. It does not take much time, you can also try doing it
