I’m incredibly sad I found her music as I’m entering my last days of my life! She has so much talent and her music identifies so much with my daily salad of emotions, on the other hand I’m happy to have had my soul deeply scratched by her painful voice and lyrics, Hope there’s someone, Rapture and a few of her older recordings are deeply tattooed in my heart already, not with ink but with all the buried emotions she dare unveil and resurfaced painfully reviving memories that thanks to her interpretations have allowed me to move on and get ready for a new beginning and I hope that once I get across I’ll be given the opportunity to continue listening to her voice, her emotions and her understated greatness! I’m listening to her new release: Why am I alive? It’s my fault, and I’m happy I did. Her music helps heal broken souls, and repair broken relationships. Don’t ever stop singing Anohni, you are my sister like your composition to Boy George, you are always in my sicken heart.
