Its an error, the infobar was refering to the 1968 Cup Winners Cup final that Milan won and to the 1969 European Cup that also Milan won, but they did not put it correct and they just added it to the 1973 final instead of the 1968 final

Infamous game. Why didn't this get called out at the time? There should be a retrospective enquiry as to why UEFA so missed the reasons this result should not have stood. Whenever there has been someone falling in the penalty area in the history of football, all the players of the world have been protesting for penalties. but it doesn't mean they were regular penalties.
