Originally I HATED Unmasked. I thought the cover was stupid and the songs were too poppy…but over the years I’ve grown to really appreciate it and I put it on pretty often when I’m in the mood for KISS
Nice one, John - good call splitting it into multiple episodes to keep the running times viewer-friendly. And it's neat how those albums we didn't care for as kids, we appreciate a bit more years later when we recognize the context a bit more. Fun cat cameo too!

My first KISS album was Destroyer too. My sister let me pick out an album from her Columbia House Record Club lol. Lifelong fan since 77'. Keep up the good work.!
Hi John… good stuff ! Most of my Kiss vinyl is the remasters. I find that the vinyl remasters of the first three albums sound better than the cd remasters of them. I’m a big Creatures fan too , It’s my second favourite of the catalogue( Lick it Up is my #1 ). Dynasty and Unmasked are great ! I always thought the song “I” from the Elder should have been a huge hit. It would go over so good in concert. I can’t remember the last time that was played live if ever. Thanks John. I would love to hear "I" live. That would be awesome. And great to know on the remasters. I do have most of the CD remasters (not all albums though). But only a handful of vinyl remasters. You know, I should just get them all...LOL!! Thanks for watching.

They need to release Double Platinum as an individual release, independent from that expensive road case set! The remixes of the debut album songs were really well done!!! 👍
Is Double Platinum different in the Road Case set? The original release is fairly easy to find, I see them all the time. And thanks for watching and commenting!

Columbia House Record club...now that brings back memories. I'd get the flyer in the Sunday paper and scan it thinking which albums I wanted.
