Cecilia P. Guilford Nepal Open Innovation for Rural Electrification

Cecilia P. Guilford is an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Innovation Specialist at the Global ICT Sector of the World Bank. She focuses on catalyzing open innovation, leveraging ICT for development and bringing together government and non-government change agents to collectively solve development challenges. Cecilia has prior experience in development consulting, business strategy, finance and political risk analysis. She holds a Master of International Business degree from the Fletcher School at Tufts University, and a degree in International Relations and Middle East Studies from the University of St Andrew s.
