Peaky Blinders is one of the best shows on television at the moment, it's consistently got better from season to season, from the Black Hand to Oswald Mosley and his black shirt Fascist political party, the historical references are pretty much spot on. I would definitely recommend that as many people as possible watch this show........
I beg to differ. You can't recognize Tom Hardy in Alfie Solomon's character. That's because he's so good at acting. Meanwhile, Mycroft in Enola Holmes is annoyingly similar to what Edward Mosley is portrayed in season 6
No it isn't. *The Garrison* in *Peaky Blinders* has never been filmed in a real pub. It has always been filmed in a purpose built set. In series 1 it was built at *Studio 81* in *Leeds.* And from series 2 onwards it's been in another unnamed studio which I suspect is the *Old Granada Studios* on *Quay Street* in *Manchester, Greater Manchester.*
Having famous actors in the show would be awesome and not too distracting if they're great actors. Adrien Brody was distracting for about 30 seconds until his portrayal completely over took his star studded appearance

Fact 3 is partly true, there is a documentary set on the real ones. Apparently they tilted the PEAK of their caps to one side, this then covered the vision of one eye hence the term BLINDER. The series used the razor on the caps to make it more intimidating. It is said that they didnt actually do this and that they used belts to hit their enemies. The term razor gang comes from the Birmingham Boys, another infamous and very real gang that did indeed (In its early stages) use razors. Just a fun fact
In the 1890s blinders meant that you where a fighter and peaky meaning the hats they wore (which were fashionable at the time) giving the name Peaky Blinders
