This is very disappointing scooter, You could pay a little bit more money to get the same style scooter but obviously better quality And customer service exist. Which would be something like the varla Eagle. Or the road runner electric scooter. One of the best electric scooters on the market. Right now and has been for a couple of years now is the e move cruiser. 52 V. Top speed of 30 miles per hour and about 40 to 50 miles per charge. Another really good scooter. Is the fluid free ride horizon.
Have you tried doing a voltage test yet? Sometimes the battery sets up a while. It can fall below the indication of the battery management system and will not charge. In that case, it just has to be woken up, so it'll work again.Other cases, it could be a bad battery management system.Like I had or it could be a bad battery cell(s). And what state are you in?
@SCHW1FTY-lb2zx That is why the battery management is in place to shut it down so it will take a charge again. 72. Volt battery depending on the BMS Should shut off between 60 to 61 V. If you test your battery and the battery is showing something long. Something like .5 or .120 something like that. Then the BMS is not reading the cells and it's likely that it just needs to have a hard reset. What state are you in?

I suspect I have a bad cell in my 72v bolt battery, is there any way I could send you my battery for inspection and potential repair?

I ran it until empty last time so I think it needs to be woken up 🧐
